Do I need a special license to drive a RV?
A: There is no special license required. Class A's 41' and over in length will need a special lic. Any Class A 40' or less do not need a special license.
Q: Do we pay for each night or by 24 hour period?
A: Every 24 hours is considered a day. There is an hourly rate of $20.00 per hour for late pick ups and or returns! Please call ahead of time to make arrangements with the owner if you are running late otherwise please be prompt or fees will apply.
Q: Do you have to wear a seat belt in a RV?
A: I have been told that only the two front seats must be buckled in. Keep in mind that if you slam on brakes, and your children are up, they will probably fall and may get hurt. It's best if the people in the back are seated. If they get up, they just need to be careful.
Q: What happens if you have a flat?
A: You call and find someone to come out and fix it. You do not try to fix it yourself.
Q: Are there any limitations on where we can go?
A: With the exception of one rv on our site there are no limitations other then a location outside of the United States.
If your destination is outside of the United States and the owner agrees to allow the rv to leave the Country then the proper Insurance would need to be obtained prior to your rental.
Q: Can our insurance company cover us?
A: Some do and some do not. I advise everyone to check with his or her agent as it can save you some money.
If your Ins does not cover the Rv we can send you to an agent that can put one together for you. The Ins must be completed and sent over to us 2 days before your pick up date. A copy of the Ins policy must be brought with you upon pick up as this copy will go in the rv with you. No Rv will be allowed to leave without the insurance in place.
Q: What about pets?
A: Depending on the coach, pets may be allowed with an additional security deposit.
Q: Can we pull a trailer, a car or a boat, etc.?
A: Yes but the size, length and weight is important. Towing options on most coaches will charge an additional daily fee
Q: Is there a charge to use the generator?
A: Yes, but only after you use up the 5 or 10 free hours per day given (based on the coach rented). Thereafter it will be $3.00 an hour.
Q: What does it take to hold my reservation?
A: Due to the overwhelming disputes on Credit Cards the Security deposits are now separate and are not to be combined with any other deposits, deductibles or rental fees. In order to hold your reservation we require a security deposit of $250 or $500. This deposit will hold your reservation and will not become part of your cleaning deposit. This security deposit will be refunded back to you within 4 days of returning the rv. The Cleaning deposit for each Rv in the amounts of $500 and $1000 depending on which rv will be due upon pick up in cash form-No Personal Checks will be accepted! This deposit will be refunded back to you within 4 days of returning the rv without any issues. Unless otherwise noted ex:burning man dates and destinations where the cleaning deposit amount is non refundable. The security deposit is only to secure your dates.-any disputes or chargebacks on this deposit will result in the loss of your rental dates.
Q: Is a security deposit required?
A: All of our rentals require a deposit to hold your reservation. The security deposit will not be applied to the cleaning deposit when you pick up your rental. An additional cleaning deposit will also be required to cover any issues upon return (cleaning, extra miles, extra generator hours, Gas levels if not return with the same amount of gas, dumping of tanks if not dumped upon return ect and damages not on your ins claims. You will be required to secure your insurance deductible on a CC, a form will be sent out that you will need to sign and return with the necessary information before your scheduled pick up the motor home. Terms, rates and conditions of the deposits may vary for each motor home.
Q.How and when do I pay for my reservation?
A.Payment for the rental plus all deposits aside from the security deposit that was used to secure your rental dates is due upon pick up paid directly to the owner in Cash Form.

Q.What happens if the Rv I reserved is returned damaged prior to my pick up?
A.If the prior renter has damage to the Rv that will directly effect your trip such as:damage to the Black Tank or the rv is not drivable then we will offer you any Rv that we have avail for your time frame or try and locate one outside of us if we do not have one avail for you. All Rv's are privately owned and are all at different rates. These accommodations will be made at the rate of the replacement Rv - whether it be higher or lower. Each rv is owned by a different person and therefore they can not be help responsible for another owners untimely misfortune. Our goal is to keep your vacation on track and get you on the road ASAP. We understand the frustration this may cause and any understanding on your part is much appreciated from us!!
Q: What if I need to cancel my reservation?
A:123 RV Rental requires a 14 day written cancellation to receive all except for $100 of your security deposit back. A charge of $10.50 per day cancellation fee will be applied to each day after the 14th day up until the rental date. If the rv you are reserving is not available on the dates you are renting, 123 RV Rental will attempt to locate you an alternative motorhome for your trip. If we are unable to find you an acceptable alternative, 123 RV Rental will refund you your entire deposit. The deposit will become your security/cleaning deposit and will be refunded once the rv is brought back without damges, clean, dumped and refueled.
