Rates are based on seasons: Fall/Winter dates: Sept 9th - March, Spring/Summer: April - Aug 25th & Special Event Dates are: Aug 26th - Sept 9th. Holidays are considered: Christmas, New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Thanks Giving
123 RV Rental requires a 14 day written cancellation to receive all except for $250 of your security deposit. A charge of $10.50 per day cancellation fee will be applied to each day after the 14th day up until the rental date. 123 RV Rental is a reservation service and is not responsible for the maintenance or operation of the recreation vehicles on this site. If the rv you are reserving is not available on the dates you are renting (due to damages that cause the rv to be deemed as unsafe to operate or deemed unusable), 123 RV Rental will be given the opportunity to locate an alternative motorhome within a 40 mile radius for your trip. If we are unable to find you an alternative, 123 RV Rental will refund you your entire deposit and will not be responsible for reimbursement of campsite reservation fee’s. If you decline to take the alternative (Alternative may be a different class of rv or may be similar to the rv being booked), the cancellation policy will apply and 123 RV Rental will refund a portion of your deposit.
The RV Owner has allowed 123 RV Rental, LLC to act as booking agent for the purposes of taking rental information on Owner's behalf and the forwarding of Renter information to the RV Owner. A separate rental agreement will be executed by and between RV Owner and Renter. The booking agent, will not be obligated under any circumstances for the subsequent terms and conditions or the performance thereof under the subsequent rental agreement. Lessee (Owner) understands they are not contracting with booking agent for the performance of terms and conditions under the subsequent rental agreement and Lessee (Renter) hereby releases and indemnifies booking agent and 123 RV Rental, LLC for non-performance by and between RV OWNER AND Lessee (Renter).
The acceptance by Renter of the delivery of the motor home rented shall constitute his acknowledgment and admission that he has carefully examined it and all additional equipment and has received the same in good condition. Renter agrees to examine the motor home at reasonable periodic intervals, including tires, and to maintain it in substantially the same condition in which it was delivered.
Renter agrees to pay to Owner a security deposit in the amount set, prior to the departure date as stated in the rental agreement. Deposit (less the deduction of any charges authorized hereby, which amounts Owner is authorized to retain) shall be refunded to Renter, provided Renter is not in default of the terms, covenants and conditions of the rental agreement.
Renter shall pay to Owner the following which may vary by owner: additional mileage or generator usage, charges for extraordinary cleaning will be assessed for excessive grime to interior and/or exterior of motor home, refueling fee’s. Charges if Renter abandons motor home. Charges for repair or replacement of damaged or lost equipment or supplies not otherwise covered in agreement.
If the motor home is not returned on the date specified, to the place specified, or such a place agreed upon between Owner and Renter; Renter shall incur liability and pay upon Owner's demand additional sums which may include, a full day's charge for the motor home for each day or fraction thereof, plus contracted mileage, until the motor home is returned to the specified place.
No credit or refund shall be given to the Renter if the motor home is returned prior to the contracted date. In such event Renter shall be liable for all charges as if the motor home was returned on the scheduled date.
In the event Owner is unable to make motor home available to Renter for the term of this agreement, all payments made by Renter for this rental shall be refunded buy Owner, and Booking Agent shall in no event have any liability beyond said refund . In no event, shall booking agent be held responsible for refunds pursuant to subsequent rental agreements.
123 RV Rental, LLC , booking agent and Owner, SHALL NOT be liable for any damage to property or injury to persons (including death) resulting from the use, operation or possession of the motor home by Renter, Renter assumes liability and shall indemnify 123 RV Rental and Owner harmless from all such liabilities.
The relationship between the parties to this booking agreement is that of 123 RV Rental, LLC agent only for purposes of facilitating a rental relationship with RV Owner and Lessee (Renter). Renter agrees that 123 RV Rental, LLC as booking agent only, shall have no contractual relationship with Renter with regards to the performance, warranty, insurance or specific terms and conditions or claims of the Renter against the RV Owner. Renter shall enter into a subsequent rental agreement for the performance and terms and conditions for the actual rental.
You will be required to obtain a binder/rider policy from your auto insurance carrier/company 4 days prior to the rental pick up date. If you are not able to obtain a binder/rider policy, please contact our office and we will work with our insurance agency to provide you coverage for an additional fee. In order to save you money, it would be best to go through your existing auto insurance company, but there are other options available to you. In addition to the rental fee's, you will be asked to leave payment to cover your insurance deductible. You may opt to place the deductible deposit on a credit card or leave payment in cash form or cashier check form with the owner of the coach upon pickup/delivery.
Please remember to remove your belongings from the motorhome upon return as we are not responsible for items left behind in the motorhome.
By clicking on Submit, you authorize 123 RV Rental, LLC to process your deposit via credit card or paypal and apply the deposit to the final security deposit requirements and accept the cancellation policy, terms and conditions outlined. The deposit you are placing will become part of your security/cleaning deposit and will be refunded once the rv is brought back without damages, clean (interior & exterior), dumped and refueled. By clicking on Submit, you authorize 123 RV Rental, LLC to process your deposit via credit card or paypal and apply the deposit to the final security deposit requirements. In addition, you authorize 123 RV Rental to deduct any rental fee's associated to the cost of the rental and or rv repairs from the deposits left on credit card.
